I saw a simlified version of something similar to this house creation in a magazine and thought it might be fun to make.
And what do you know, it really was.
Just rip, snip, and secure each random piece of fabric then freehand sew everything in place.
Hardware from my grandpa's toolbox made the doorknob and flowerpot a little sentimental. And a heart-shaped button adds a little love to the eaves.
I added house numbers above the door, then a little saying that popped into my head
Without love on the inside, it's just a bunch of numbers on the outside.
And finished it with matching binding and framed it behind glass.
